Biography
The Select Committee on Federal State Affairs was created by House Resolution 46 during the 1973-1974 session. The Committee created recommendations for improving the General Assembly's ability to carry out it's co-equal responsibilities in intergovernmental relations.
The Members included: H. Sheldon Parker Jr., Chairman; H. Jack Seltzer; W. William Wilt; G. Sieber Pancoast; Sherman L. Hill; Alvin Kahle; John H. Hamilton Jr.; Martin P. Mullen; John F. Laudadio Sr.; James J. A. Gallagher; Anita Palermo Kelly; Lester K. Fryer; and Earl Vann.
