House Resolution 562 of 2006 establishes and directs a select committee to examine matters relating to influenza vaccine supplies and the Commonwealth’s preparedness for an influenza outbreak. Pursuant to this resolution, a select committee was created, held public hearings and created a report on their findings, meeting from April to August of 2006. All the public hearings were held in Harrisburg, PA and the official documents are available for research.

The Chairs of the Committee were Matthew Baker (Majority) and Peter Daley (Minority).
